Hearing Date Set for Joe Jackson’s Estate Case
*Joe Jackson will have his day in court next month.
California’s Second District Court of Appeal today scheduled Oct. 6 for Michael Jackson’s father to begin arguing that he deserves to receive monthly checks from his late son’s estate.
Michael Jackson’s 2002 will left out Papa Joe, and a ruling after the King of Pop’s 2009 death placed his attorney John Branca and family friend John McClain in charge of his affairs.
