A 3-year-old girl suffered contusions on her face and head after falling from a carnival ride at RodeoHouston Wednesday afternoon.
According to reports, the child was a passenger on the Techno Jump Ride but her mother decided to leave the ride before it began; the child was left with her 8-year-old brother.
