[PHOTOS] Tanker Truck Turns Over, Spills On 59

The Southwest Freeway is open again, but for a couple of hours Friday, motorist had to take a detour. The freeway was shut down to inbound traffic heading into downtown after an 18-wheeler tanker truck turned over spilling fuel on 59 at the 288 split.
