The Incredible Hulk-ette: Day 16
Ingredients
Granny Smith Apple- 1 medium
Kiwi- 1
Cucumber- 1 medium
Directions
Process all ingredients in a juicer, shake or stir and serve.
Why so RAD?
This sweet young thang is simple yet powerful in flavor. An apple a day keeps the doctor away and who doesn’t love getting all warm and fuzzy with a kiwi?! And of course wherever cool green things are cucumber is usually involved. Your gonna love this incredible juice.

Gala Apple- 1 medium
Mint- 1 handful
Lime- 1 small

My favorite FitGirl ever is my mommy! Georgia is her name and she is sweeter than a peach. She has gorgeous skin (thank you God for maternal genes!) which is fitting since this refreshing combination of juices and herbs is great for energy levels and your skin! Cheers to the best mom in the world!
Liza’s Lovely Long Locks: Day 18
Ingredients
Swiss Chard- 1 handful
Carrots- 2 medium
White Potato- 1 medium
Kale- 1 handful
Spinach- 1 handful

Cantaloupe- 1/2 medium
Ginger- 1-2 inch thumb

When these two ingredients become one it is truly one RAD union. Super high in vitamin A, C and potassium…you should soooooo say “I Do” to this juice RADicals.

I can never decide if I should drink OJ are AJ. A girl should never have to choose…that’s why I just have both! A great source of fiber (add a little of the pulp back), Vitamin C , Potassium and soooo much more. P.S. This only makes a shot size so sip, don’t gulp. However smacking is welcomed.

Fresh summer apple cider anyone? Meet the 6th Spice Girl: RAD Spice! Can’t go wrong with apples. Ohhhhh and BOY does the added cinnamon and ginger spice things up. You are going to get a kick out of this kicked up apple juice.
“Honey-Dew” You Need A Shot?: Day 29
Ingredients
Honeydew- 1/2 of medium
Cucumber- 1 medium
Lime- 1 small

Honeydew is super low calorie, loaded with Vitamin B6 and madly in love with lime (this citrus fruit enhances the sweetness…what a perfect relationship right?!) Oh my goodness I can’t believe it took me 29 days to discover this gem?! Literally the perfect fusion of sweet and sour. It is like a healthy Sour Patch Kid in a glass. Fill up several shot glasses and toast everyone you meet with good health.

Ingredients
Beet- 1 Whole (including the root)
Carrots- 5 medium
Sweet Potato- 1 small
