Report: BAC Level Of Slain Detroit Woman More Than The Legal Limit

The fact that 19 year-old Renisha McBride was intoxicated when she was shot in the face is “irrelevant.”  That’s the position of the attorney representing McBride’s family who said the homeowner “took his shotgun, went on the porch, and blew her head off and then called 911.”   The unidentified  homeowner in the Detroit suburb of Dearborn Heights allegedly shot McBride after she approached his house after a car accident.  CNN.com has the complete story.  Read more:
