James Avery Plagued with Health Issues Before Death

According to Pulse of Radio,

Fresh Prince of Bel-Air star James Avery had several health issues before his death. TMZ obtained his death certificate, which read that the actor suffered from severe coronary heart disease, along with end stage kidney disease and type 2 diabetes. His official cause of death is listed as cardio respiratory arrest, which means that his heart stopped. Avery died on December 31st, weeks after undergoing bypass surgery in the wake of a heart attack. Avery was cremated and his ashes were scattered at the sea off the cost of Los Angeles.
