(HOUSTON, TX)– A man from the Dallas/Fort Worth area is arrested in Montgomery County for online solicitation and possession of child pornography.

28-year-old Merle Scherb is well-known on the motocross circuit.  He’s accused of sending four photographs of children through the internet.
