(HOUSTON) — A man in New York is suing the Rockets.
Rasean Tate claims he was harassed by players because of his sexual orientation while setting up a post game buffet in Brooklyn last February.
Majorie Mesidor is lead council for the case, and spoke to NEWS 92 FM:
