What In The Weekend With Nikki Woods: ‘Power’ Hungry
Did you get into Power, the show Curtis ’50 Cent’ Jackson is producing and has a role in for Starz? If not, here’s your chance to check it out, as its first season has already generated diehard fandom. Not only does the season finale happen this Saturday, there’s a full-out marathon of all episodes starting at 1:30 p.m.
Of course, ‘Get On Up’ is in theaters and if you haven’t heard about that, you must be brain dead or traveling on the moon. Chadwick Boseman plays a very convincing Godfather Of Soul and Jill Scott and True Blood’s Nelsan Ellis are pretty memorable as well.
If you’re in Southern California, Jay-Z and Beyonce are heading your way on the ‘On The Run’ tour. Given all the rumors swirling, this could be your last chance to see them together, although we hope that’s not the case.
