Oprah and Harry Belafonte Honored With Du Bois Medal
Oprah Winfrey and entertainment legend Harry Belafonte, among others honored at Harvard University for their contributions to African American culture. Oprah also accepted a posthumous award for her good friend poet Maya Angelou who you may recall died earlier this year.
