Walmart Responds To Tracy Morgan’s Lawsuit

Tracy Morgan is enduring a long and difficult recovery after the accident, a few months ago that left he and two other passengers critically injured and killed his mentor, James “Jimmie Mack” McNair. Morgan’s lawsuit accuses Walmart of negligence. The driver of the Walmart truck, Kevin Roper was driving 20 miles over the speed limit when he hit Morgan’s limo bus and had not slept in over 24 hours.

Earlier this week, Walmart responded to the lawsuit alleging that Morgan and his passengers would not have been injured had they been wearing seat belts. Wow! Click here to read more.
