Will Janet Jackson be releasing a new album this summer?
Rumors hit last week that she had signed to Atlantic Records and was planning on releasing a new album in July. The news was based on an uncredited photo on Hip Hop Vibe of upcoming releases which was assumed to be an Atlantic Records calendar.
A rep told Entertainment Weekly that Janet will not be releasing an album on Atlantic Records this summer. Â Janet’s last release Discipline came out in 2008.
