Usher’s Accuser Suing Her Insurance Co. For Releasing Health Records

One of Usher’s herpes accusers is suing her insurance company for releasing her health records. According to TMZ, Laura Helm, who filed a lawsuit against the singer after claiming that he exposed her to herpes, is suing United Healthcare, Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Louisiana and Golden Rule Insurance company along with an unnamed blog for publishing her medical records.
Helm is also suing the site for defamation.
